Data Usage-How to configure & track mobile data usage?
Hello and Welcome to WeGuard Enterprise Visual Knowledge-base Series.
In this KB article, We will explain the procedure to configure & track mobile data usage.
Login to WeGuard Console with valid credentials.
Click on "Policy Groups" on the left menu.
Notice list of policies. For the first time you will see default policies.
Click on any policy as per business need.
In the policy details, notice the "Data Usage" tab.
Click on it and notice that by default data usage settings are off.
To configure and track mobile data, Toggle ON "Network" option.
Set monthly mobile data limit either in MB or GB. Make a note that the default is 500MB.
As per business need enable Critical, Low & Warning alerts to notify mobile users & admin.
To impose the policy on the devices click on the "SAVE AND CONTINUE" button.
As per the configuration, An alert would be raised and notifies admin or user (based on selection).
