WeBox - How to unlock WeBox on device?

Hello and Welcome to WeGuard Enterprise Visual Knowledge-base Series.
In this KB article, We will explain how to unlock the WeBox application on the device.
Note: Read our article to set the passcode for WeBox.
It is assumed that a device is enrolled in an enterprise account. Once enrolled, you will see WeBox & WeTalk applications on the device.

  • On the device, Notice WeBox application and Tap on it.

  • WeBox app will open and prompt you to enter passcode/security code.

  • Enter the passcode and press done.

  • The WeBox app will open and you can access the files stored in the WeBox storage and any other 3rd party services (like GDrive, Amazon S3, DropBox, SD card) if enabled on WeBox.
