WeBox - How to download the pictures in pdf format?

Hello and Welcome to WeGuard Enterprise Visual Knowledge-base Series.
In this KB article, We will explain the procedure to download the pictures in pdf format.

  • Login to WeGuard Console with valid credentials.
  • Now from the left navigation menu, click on "WeBox”.
  • Notice two tabs with names "WeBox Files" & "Device Uploads".
  • Click on "Device Uploads".


           

Let’s talk about both the Shared Folder and Group Folder.
  • Shared Folder
    • Folders that are created under this category would be visible to all device users/workforce in the account. 
    • For example, let's consider there is a folder with the name "Master Document" (as seen in the above picture) and the workforce uploaded several pictures to the same folder.
    • On the console, click on the "eye icon" of the Master Document folder. 
    • Pictures uploaded within the last one day would be listed by default. Based on preference click the "Clear" button and select custom dates.
    • Notice the list of files.
    • To download the single file notice download button per file and click on it.
    • Else, click on the "PDF" button that is on the top right corner.

  • Group Folder
    • Notice list of policy groups that have folders within them.
    • Select the policy group to view desired folder & files.
    • For example, let's consider the 21K Class policy, Click on the policy name to expand and notice the Training material folder.
                   

  • On the console, click on the "eye icon" for the Training material folder. 
  • Pictures uploaded within the last one day would be listed by default. Based on preference click the "Clear" button and select custom dates.
  • Notice the list of files.
  • To download the single file notice download button per file and click on it.
  • Else, click on the "PDF" button that is on the top right corner.
