  • Now select the policy group to which you would like to enable the Dropbox option and give access to device users.
  • In this case, the Default Android Kiosk policy group is selected.

Note: You will see all the groups/policies available in your account. Select only the group/policy you want to share the documents with.
  • Click on settings button (cogwheel icon) and enable Dropbox option as shown below and save.

  • Upon saving the configurations, you will be redirected to the groups page. From the drop down, select Dropbox.

  • Click on the "+" button to add the path to give access to the files.

Note : In Dropbox, the folder you want to give access to should be public.
  • Once the folder path is added, you should see something like below.

  • On the device, click on the WeBox app. It will ask to enter a passcode, if enabled. Else you should not see the passcode option.
  • Now on the device, when you open WeBox, you should see Dropbox along with other cloud storages (if enabled).

  • Clicking on Dropbox will navigate you to a page where you can access the Dropbox folder.
  • Along with that you will notice another placeholder with the name "Downloads". Please refer to the picture below.

  • To access the files, click on "Dropbox Folders".

  • The files can also be downloaded. The downloaded files will be stored on the device and can be accessed later even though the device is not connected to the network.
