Notes - How to add notes to a device?
Hello and Welcome to WeGuard Enterprise Visual Knowledge-base Series.
In this KB article, We will explain how to add notes to a device on WeGuard Enterprise Portal.
Clicking Ok will save the notes. Also, the userID of the user is captured. Notes added by clicking on "+" are categories as General notes. Notes captured while tagging the device as Lost/Stolen/Replaced will be stored with respective types. Ex: Notes captured while tagging device as Lost will be categorized as Lost.
