How do I rename a policy on the WeGuard console?
WeGuard gives administrators the ability to modify policy names in accordance with their own needs, providing flexibility and adaptability in the administration of policies. Admins can rename policies with this functionality to ensure that they are in line with changing organizational needs and preferences.
Procedure to Rename a Policy through WeGuard Enterprise Portal
Login to the WeGuard Console.
Select the Policy by clicking on Policy Groups.
Next to the Policy Name, click the pencil icon.
Type in the new name for the policy you want, then click the tick mark to save it.
- As seen in the image below, take note of the Renamed Successfully Message at the bottom.
Result: In accordance with the need, the Policy Name is modified.
NOTE: Renaming Default Policies is not possible. Renaming is limited to cloned policies only.
