Notifications - How to enable notifications in kiosk mode?
Enabling the notification will allows WeGuard notifications to appear on the kiosk screen, so users can view important alerts, updates, and messages from the WeGuard application. This helps keep users informed while the device continues to function under all active WeGuard policies and management controls..
Enabling Notifications in Kiosk Mode
Log in to the WeGuard Console.
Click on Policy Groups and Select the Policy.
By default the "General" tab is shown. Scroll down to "Advanced".
Click on "Advanced" and scroll down to find "Disable WeGuard Notifications" by default the toggle button is on, which means notifications wouldn't show up on the kiosk device. "Turn off the toggle button", as shown in the below picture.'
Click on "Save and Continue".
Once the camera is disabled, the end user will no longer have access to any camera-related functionality on the device.We hope this article was helpful. For additional support:
