How to Enable/Disable Do Not Disturb (DND) mode?

Do Not Disturb (DND) mode will allow admins to block all incoming calls from both WeSupport and WeTalk applications. The DND mode is compatible with both Android and iOS devices, ensuring that users across various platforms can benefit from its functionality. It is designed to help admins manage interruptions more effectively, particularly during ongoing calls or when an admin wishes to focus without interruptions, enhancing productivity by minimizing distractions.

Procedure to Enable DND Mode from the WeGuard Enterprise Portal



  • Click on the DND button showing on the top right.




  • Click on OK to confirm

NOTE: When the DND button is selected on the console, a pop-up message will appear, confirming that all incoming WeSupport and WeTalk calls will be blocked while the mode is active. This immediate feedback helps admins understand the effect of their actions and ensures they are aware of the communication restrictions in place.



  • Once enabled, the icon will turn orange, indicating that the Do Not Disturb (DND) mode is active.





Result: During this time, any calls placed from the user's end will not appear on the console. In the WeTalk application on the user's device, the details of the admin who enabled DND will be hidden from the call list, showing only the other available accounts that can take the call.


Procedure to Disable DND Mode from the WeGuard Enterprise Portal



  • The Orange Button will now turn to gray stating that it is deactivated. When the admin deactivates DND mode, they will receive a notification on the console to confirm that the mode has been turned off. 



Result: Now DND mode is Disabled and Admin will be able to get the incoming calls from the end users.
