App Management - Is there a way to enable Playstore app upgrades only on Wi-Fi?
Login to WeGuard Console with valid credentials.
Click on ‘Policy Groups’ as shown in the below image.
Select the desired policy group to update the play store app upgrade configuration.
From the left menu, click on ‘App Management’
In the App Management section click on "Play store" as shown below.
Under the Playstore tab, click on the ‘Update Types’ dropdown.
From the dropdown menu, select the ‘Wifi Only’ option.
In order to update the changes made to the policy, click on ‘Save and Continue’.
Once you click on save and continue, you will be prompted with the confirmation dialogue box with the options ‘Save’ or ‘Cancel’. Please click on ‘Save’.
Notice the policy version incrementing by 1.
Once the device gets the latest policy, play store app upgrade configuration will reflect on the device as a result whenever there is an upgrade available on play store, app will be upgraded automatically over WiFi.
