Roles & Permissions - Understanding Modules and Permissions for Group Admin.

Hello and Welcome to WeGuard Enterprise Visual Knowledge-base Series.

In this KB article, We will explain about modules and the related permissions to be enabled for usage for a Group Admin.

There are 9 modules in WeGuard and they being,

  • Devices

  • Policy Groups

  • Reports

  • Broadcast

  • Audit Logs

  • Alerts

  • WeTalk


Below matrix explains the modules and permissions to be enabled for access.

Note : For the enabled module, Account Admin should enable permissions based on the usage and should also enable View (V)/Update(U) permissions for dependent modules.

Example: When Account Admin enables WeTalk for a Group Admin role, enable View (V) & Update (U) permissions for WeTalk Management. At the same time, enable View (V) & Update (U) permissions for Device and Group Management. For the rest of the modules, refer below matrix.
