WeBox - How to share a document with multiple groups at once

Hello and Welcome to WeGuard Enterprise Visual Knowledge-base Series.
In this KB article, We will explain how to share a document with multiple groups at once.
  1. Login to the WeGuard console with valid credentials.
  2. From the left menu click on WeBox option.
  3. On top right corner notice 'Upload' icon; click on it.

  1. Search & select the policies to upload a file.
  2. Once the selection is done (one or many), notice upload files dialogue window opened to choose the file like below. Select a document that has to be shared.

Note: Supported files by WeBox are PDF, txt, avi, mp4, mpeg, doc, docx, png, jpeg, jpg, mp3, wav,  ppt, pptx, ogg, webm, svg and gif.
  1. After selecting the document, click on the upload button.
  2. Upon clicking the upload button, the file selected will be uploaded and notice a message at the bottom of the screen "File is uploaded successfully".
                                                      

                                                      
  1. The devices that are enrolled in the selected policies will now get the document that has been uploaded.
