Hello and Welcome to WeGuard Enterprise Visual Knowledge-base Series.
In this KB article, We will explain the importance of WeBox and its uses.
In today's world, it's always important to securely share important files, preferably to more people at one time. Of course, most people also need to move around essential files between different devices, and that can get tricky. Luckily, WeBox can help you with both tasks; here's everything you need to know.
What is WeBox?
WeBox is a cloud storage and sync service available exclusively for WeGuard enterprise customers. It makes sure that anything in its particular folder is kept safe online. What's more, WeBox allows you to download and view the files shared by the admin.
WeBox provides an option of securely sharing documents/videos/audios/instructions set to a single or group of devices. From the Admin interface, an admin can send certain documents to a device/set of devices which can contain instruction booklet/videos/audios or any other document that your users may need to use. WeGuard knows that your documents may need to be downloaded in an area where the network conditions are far from optimum and there can be disconnects in between. Hence, WeGuard provides devices the capability to download these documents/videos/audio partially, so in case the download fails for any reason like device losing connectivity due to poor network or battery dying out, the already downloaded part will not be downloaded and the download will start from the point where it was left out before the download failed.
How to use WeBox?
Here we will explain how to use WeBox effectively.
