ADVANCED - How to configure auto-launch of an application?
This article helps to understand how to configure auto-launch of an application on the device.
Login to WeGuard Console with valid credentials.
From the left menu, click on ‘Policy Groups’ as shown in the below image.
Select the desired policy group in which application auto-launch has to be configured.
Go to the ‘Advanced’ category as shown in the below image.
Once navigated to the advanced menu, notice the ‘Enable App Launch on Boot’ policy, Enable the option by tapping on the toggle button and update the App Name and App ID of the application. Please find the below image for your reference.
In order to update the changes made to the policy, click on ‘Save and Continue’.
Notice confirmation message with the options ‘Save’ or ‘Cancel’. Please click on ‘Save’.
Notice the policy version incrementing by 1.
Once the device gets the latest policy, the application mentioned in the policy will be auto launched after the device gets rebooted or restarted.
