Adding Contacts on Android/iOS - Company Directory
WeGuard makes it easy to add bulk contacts by uploading a single CSV file, saving time and reducing manual effort. This is especially helpful for organizations with large device fleets or frequent onboarding. Uploaded contacts are instantly available on managed devices, ensuring consistent information and improving communication across teams.
At the Policy Level
To add a single contact, click the ‘+’ icon, fill in all required fields marked with an asterisk (*), and click Save

When updating the sample CSV file, ensure that any unavailable fields are filled with ‘NA’ instead of leaving them blank to prevent upload issues.

Contacts will only be reflected in the devices available in the policy group.
At the Account Level
To add a single contact, click the ‘+’ icon, complete all required fields marked with an asterisk (*), and click Save.
When updating the sample CSV file, ensure that any unavailable fields are filled with ‘NA’ instead of leaving them blank to prevent upload issues.

Contacts will be reflected in all the devices in the account.
On iOS devices, Full Access must be enabled for Contacts permission on the device to ensure the contacts can be synced properly
