In this KB article, We will explain how to take complete control of a device remotely on WeGuard Enterprise Portal.
This article explains the procedure to take complete control of a device remotely from admin console.
For the first time users will have to enable accessibility services for WeGuard.
Once the device user accepts the request, the device will start casting the view to the console.
During an active session, bi-directional voice calls will be established so that admin/ops & users can talk to each other.
On the console, admin/ops can click anywhere on the device panel to impersonate the action on the device.
