App Management - Is there a way to force stop an app remotely?
Hello and Welcome to WeGuard Enterprise Visual Knowledge-base Series.
In this KB article, We will explain the procedure to force stop the applications remotely on WeGuard Enterprise Portal.
Log in to WeGuard Console with valid credentials.
From the left menu, click on the ‘DEVICES’ as shown in the below image.
Select the device in which an application has to force stop. Find the below image for your reference.
After selecting the device, click on the ‘Applications’ tab and select ‘Enterprise Applications’. Below are the images for reference.
Find the app that should be force stop and click on the 'Force Stop' as shown in the below image.
Note: While force stopping the application, please make sure that the device is connected to a stable network in order to reflect the changes immediately.
