App Management - Is there a way to force stop an app remotely?

Hello and Welcome to WeGuard Enterprise Visual Knowledge-base Series.
In this KB article, We will explain the procedure to force stop the applications remotely on WeGuard Enterprise Portal.
  • Log in to WeGuard Console with valid credentials.

  • From the left menu, click on the ‘DEVICES’ as shown in the below image.



  • Select the device in which an application has to force stop. Find the below image for your reference.



  • After selecting the device, click on the ‘Applications’ tab and select ‘Enterprise Applications’. Below are the images for reference.





  • Find the app that should be force stop and click on the 'Force Stop' as shown in the below image.



Note: While force stopping the application, please make sure that the device is connected to a stable network in order to reflect the changes immediately.
