Configure iOS Enrollment Setup Skip Options

The MDM DEP Setup skip options allow administrators to customize and streamline the device setup experience by bypassing unnecessary screens, reducing user interaction, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. These settings are typically used in corporate, educational, or institutional deployments to ensure consistent and efficient device configuration across all devices.

Configuring DEP Setup Options (Enrollment settings Supervised)

• Login to WeGuard Console
• Click on the cogwheel on the top right-hand side and select "Settings."
  

• Go to Apple and click on DEP Setup. 
  
  

• Select the options as per your requirement and Click on Save Settings
  
  

Item Name	Description
Allow MDM Profile Removal	When enabled, users can remove the MDM profile from Settings.
Common	Setup Assistant options that apply to all supported Apple devices.
Choose Your Look	Configures the appearance (Light or Dark mode) during device setup.
Apple ID	Allows users to sign in with their Apple ID during setup.
App Store	Configures App Store settings during initial device setup.
Face ID / Touch ID	Enables Face ID or Touch ID configuration during setup.
Diagnostics	Allows users to choose whether to share diagnostics and usage data with Apple.
Apple Intelligence	Configures Apple Intelligence features during setup (iOS 18+/macOS 15+).
Location Services	Enables or skips the Location Services setup screen.
Apple Pay	Allows users to set up Apple Pay during device enrollment.
Privacy	Displays the Privacy information screen during setup.
Restore	Allows restoring apps and data from a backup.
Screen Time	Configures Screen Time during device setup.
Siri	Enables Siri setup during the initial device configuration.
Term of Address	Allows users to choose how Siri addresses them.
Terms & Conditions	Displays Apple's Terms & Conditions during setup.
Accessibility	Configures Accessibility settings during setup (iPhone/iPad).
Action Button	Configures the Action Button on supported iPhone models.
Move from Android	Allows migration of data from an Android device.
Device to Device Migration	Enables direct data transfer from another Apple device.
iMessage & FaceTime	Configures iMessage and FaceTime setup.
iMessage Phone Number	Allows selection of the phone number for iMessage.
Passcode	Prompts users to create a device passcode.
Restore Completed	Displays the restore completion screen after data migration.
Safety	Configures Apple safety and emergency features.
Cellular Plan Setup	Allows activation of a cellular plan during setup.
Software Update	Checks for and installs available software updates.
Update Completed	Displays the software update completion screen.
Voice Selection	Allows users to select Siri's voice.
Watch Migration	Enables migration of a paired Apple Watch.
Get Started	Displays the final welcome screen to complete setup.
Lockdown Mode	Allows configuration of Lockdown Mode on macOS devices.
FileVault	Enables FileVault disk encryption setup on macOS.
iCloud Analytics	Allows users to choose whether to share analytics with Apple.
iCloud Documents & Desktop	Configures syncing of Desktop and Documents folders with iCloud Drive.
Wallpaper	Allows wallpaper selection during macOS setup.
Screen Saver	Configures the screen saver on Apple TV.
Tap to Set Up	Enables setup using a nearby Apple device.
Home Screen Sync	Syncs the Apple TV Home Screen across devices.
TV Provider Sign-In	Allows users to sign in with their TV provider.
Where Is This Apple TV?	Configures the Apple TV location for services like HomeKit and AirPlay.

Screens which are disabled will be skipped while enrollment setup
