How to download files from Storage Explorer remotely?

Hello and Welcome to WeGuard Enterprise Visual Knowledge-base Series.

In this KB article, We will explain how to use the device folder view on WeGuard Enterprise Portal.

1. Press on the Devices tab will show all the devices enrolled in your policy groups.
   

1. Select or Search the devices either by IMEI/Serial Number in filter search and select the device you want to access the storage explorer. Press Edit.
   

1. Select the Storage Explorer.
   

1. Click on the device folder.
   

1. Select the folder, for Example, Keep Truckin.
   

1. Select the file and click on the download.
   

1. The file will be downloaded and click download again to save the file to the computer . 
   

1. The file will be downloaded on your computer to view.

NOTE: This action can only be performed when the device is online.

1. The GREEN indicator indicates that the device is active and online.
   

1. The RED indicator indicates that the device is inactive and offline.
   
2. Refresh Button: Refresh button is used to update the current status of the device. You can use the refresh button if you believe the device is online but shows offline in the web portal.
