General - LONG SUPPORT MESSAGE
Hello and Welcome to WeGuard Enterprise Visual Knowledge-base Series.
In this KB article, We will explain about long support messages on WeGuard Enterprise Portal.
Long Support Message: Is a functionality in which the admin can let the device user know a specific restriction/ functionality is blocked for the user with a Long description message.
Now let’s get started, here in this section. We will show you how to set the long support message on the devices
Path: Policy Group > Select the Policy > Edit
Path: > Policy > General
Path: > General > Long Support Message
To let the device user know that functionality is blocked with a detailed message, follow below steps
Find Long Support Message option (shown below).
Write down the message you would like to convey to the user's something like shown below in the picture.
And click on Save and Continue.
