General - LONG SUPPORT MESSAGE

Hello and Welcome to WeGuard Enterprise Visual Knowledge-base Series.
In this KB article, We will explain about long support messages on WeGuard Enterprise Portal.

Long Support Message: Is a functionality in which the admin can let the device user know a specific restriction/ functionality is blocked for the user with a Long description message.

Now let’s get started, here in this section. We will show you how to set the long support message on the devices

Path: Policy Group > Select the Policy > Edit

 

Path: > Policy > General

 

Path: > General > Long Support Message


To let the device user know that functionality is blocked with a detailed message, follow below steps

  • Find Long Support Message option (shown below).

  • Write down the message you would like to convey to the user's something like shown below in the picture.

  • And click on Save and Continue. 


  • Now on the device, whenever the user taps on any settings which are blocked in the policy, the message as shown as below will be displayed.



  • Clicking on More details to view the detailed message
