Disabling Outgoing Calls - Android

The Disable Outgoing Calls feature allows administrators to restrict users from making outgoing calls from managed devices. This can be useful when devices are intended for specific operational purposes or when organizations need to prevent unauthorized outgoing calls.


Once the setting is enabled in the applicable policy, users will not be able to initiate outgoing calls from the managed devices.

Disabling Outgoing Calls

  • Navigate to Policies and select the required policy.



  • In General, find the ‘Disable Outgoing Calls’ option



  • Toggle ON to ‘Disable Outgoing Calls,' then click Save, Review Changes, and select Confirm and Save.




NotesWhen this restriction is enabled, users will not be able to make phone calls from their devices, even if they have an active network connection.

To allow users to make phone calls, toggle OFF the restriction and save the policy.
