General - How to disable outgoing calls from devices?

Hello and Welcome to WeGuard Enterprise Visual Knowledge-base Series.
In this KB article, We will explain how to disable outgoing calls on devices from WeGuard Enterprise Portal.
  1. Login to WeGuard console with valid credentials.
  2. Notice Dashboard as the landing page.


  • Click on POLICY GROUPS from the left menu.


  • Notice list of policies configured in the account during sign-up.



  • Click on desired policy and go to General settings as shown below.



  • Check for  “DISABLE OUTGOING CALLS” policy in the list.


  • Enable the option by clicking on the toggle button placed beside Disable outgoing calls.



  • Click on Save and Continue

  • Notice that the policy version increments by 1. Once the device gets an updated policy, users will not be able to make calls from the device. However, incoming calls will just go through fine.
