An administrator of a WeGuard account may need to restrict users from adding personal Gmail accounts or other unauthorized accounts, as well as prevent them from installing unapproved applications on enterprise-enrolled devices. If these restrictions are not enabled, users may add personal accounts or install unauthorized apps, which could potentially allow access to or synchronization of organizational data through unapproved services and create security risks.

Administrators should ensure that only approved enterprise accounts can be added and that applications are installed only through organization-approved methods. This helps maintain control over managed devices, prevent users from bypassing security policies, and protect corporate data and resources.

Disallow App Installation

• Log in to the WeGuard  Console.

• Navigate to Policies and Select the Policy Group.
  

• Click on Security and find Disable App Installation. 
  

• Click on Pending Change, then click on Save & Confirm.
  

If the user tries to install any application on the device, it will give the user error and they won't be able to install any applications
